Our role
Forever Sourcing acts as a sourcing and commercial introduction intermediary. We seek to identify potential suppliers, facilitate communications and assist with coordination where agreed. Unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement, Forever Sourcing is not the manufacturer, exporter, seller of record, freight carrier or independent inspection body.
Supplier screening
Our preliminary screening may include reviewing business credentials, product specifications, available certificates, stated production capacity and export documentation. The scope depends on the product, supplier and transaction. Documents and supplier statements are not necessarily independently verified. Where appropriate, buyers may arrange third-party inspections, testing or audits.
Quotations and availability
Product availability, pricing, lead times, shipping estimates, specifications and certification status are subject to supplier confirmation and may change. Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee.
Samples and shipping
Samples may be requested, subject to supplier availability, costs and agreed terms. We can assist with arranging shipping and logistics through suitable providers where agreed. Freight costs, customs duties, taxes, insurance, import permits and delivery responsibilities must be confirmed for each transaction.
Contracts and payment
Buyers and suppliers should independently review all quotations, contracts, payment instructions and counterparty details. Responsibilities, inspection rights, delivery terms, payment arrangements and any sourcing fees should be documented in writing before proceeding. Never change bank details based solely on an unverified email.
No automatic endorsement
References to Jonathan Meltz's previous commercial experience relate to earlier business activities and do not imply endorsement of Forever Sourcing by any former customer.
